Ahh, can Forcedinductions CNC my wheel, or the cover to fit my turbo. They have CNC machines programmed for that crap. So I'm sure its possible right??

I won't answer either way as the engineer wasn't very forthcoming with exactly what was different. I would defer that question to the Turbonetics support staff.

Wow, this sucks. If frcefed did receive the wrong unit, who is responsible? Forcedinductions or T-netics? Will forcedinductions/ T-netics work with him to make things right?

We'll try to get his turbo pulled off today after he gets off of work and measure it. It snowed here last night, but we should be able to git 'er done today.

Take it ez, guys

Eric

Not sure who would be at fault. Could be either one of us. I know we only order large units. No small stuff....but could have just been a mis-understanding between us and them. But either way, measure it and PM me. If it indeed was a mix up, we'll have it taken care of.

In the end the biggest thanks should go to Dr.Turbo for stepping up and making things right. That's the sign of a shop this is truely commited to its customers. Again I'll say my intention here was never to bad mouth or discredit any shop. I was merely trying to assist a Turbonetics owner who was not getting the performance he expected and appeared to have something other then what he thought he was getting. By no means did I want to call into question the integrity of anyone here. Dr.T has stated that he will correct any error that may have been made. That's a stand up thing to do. He and his company should be commended for that.
