do a search under the dyno section. typical gains are listed on sts's website... i believe 30% HP and 35% TQ... just apply it to your current numbers

again search... or look on STS's website (not trying to be an *** or anything)

If u are really considering it I would do a full leak down and check everything internal wise u will see around 450-480 on 7-8 psi. bone stock. Im working with a buddy now he is really mad at his results 380 at 9 psi and his motor is stock with a azz load of nitrous runs six speed on a dyno jet.

That's cause you havent been smoked by mine yet

Back to the origonal question: There were a few magazine articles on the STS in 2005-2006 (High Performance Pontiac for one) Typical RWHP on a stock car with 5PSI was 390-400 (so, around a 80-100RWHP gain.)

My car personally put down 426/435 SAE BEFORE tuning. It's a good 30-50hp more now. That's also at 5PSI....but intercooled. Mods in sig.

Hope this helps.

I'm runing whats listed in my sig and now that my boost isn't bleeding off I'm making around 500 rwhp and just over 500 rwtq on a dynopack dyno at 8 psi
when boost was bleeding off I was down 4-psi and made 425 rwhp and 460tq.
Also Wrap the Y-pipe back

my sts kit runs good, my dyno #s sucked but it runs with cars that are making aroung 428 rwhp. they dyno is a dyno jet and i have a stall converter. i was told this is why my dyno #s arent so good??? any way , im taking the long tube headers off this weekend and im installing the stock manifolds back on, wrapping everything from the manifold to turbo, silicone spray on wrap and black heat paint over that, hoping to get boost to come on as soon as possible , retune on feb 9 for 8 psi and see what we got from there.

as far as the guy who has never seen a fast STS car
