380.... someones got a bad tune in that thing. or else that motor is about to blow up for other reasons

Yeah he lifted the heads on it twice on no2 and it allways smokes on startup and idle and decel
His catch can befor the turbo would fill up in a week. I did a tune up on his car and there was oil all inside the combustion chambers and the exhaust. I told him the motor is bad but its one of those guys that dont listen

Back to the origonal question: There were a few magazine articles on the STS in 2005-2006 (High Performance Pontiac for one) Typical RWHP on a stock car with 5PSI was 390-400 (so, around a 80-100RWHP gain.)
My car personally put down 426/435 SAE BEFORE tuning. It's a good 30-50hp more now. That's also at 5PSI....but intercooled. Mods in sig.

when boost was bleeding off I was down 4-psi and made 425 rwhp and 460tq.
Also Wrap the Y-pipe back
