Default anticipation

I don’t know about you guys, but every day the anticipation builds. I can’t wait for my kit to get here… and then I think about how much work there will be to do… that calms me down a little.

Peter,

When do you need the rest of the payment? I have no problem keeping the money in my account earning interest, but I don’t want to miss the due date either.

Correct, The wastegate springs determines the minimum boost pressure you can run.

An electonic boost controller with a high quality control solenoid is the most tuneable boost control method imho as this way you can map boost against engine load across the engine rpm range.

The APS TT system is using a blow through approach not a draw through approach and we expect that many guys will utilise a SD tuning approach for high power applications.

Thanks,

Peter

They come in different colors too! Sure the aps work just fine though. Not a big issue to me.
You can use any aftermarket blow off valve with twin turbos and Tial BOV's would be a good quality choice if you like the greater BOV noise level. APS does produce a range of BOV's so maybe we can also offer an upgrade option in the future.

Thanks,

Peter

Second that request .I think it would be nice to have tial blow offs to match the tial gates. I love my tial blow off. No recirc would be needed with them they are not even set up for it and two would be decently loud!

So pricewise for a stocker we will need at least the following (feel free to add to this if you need to guys);

1. Fuel pump system up to $1300
2. fuel rails $150+
3. 60lb injectors: $250 low to $550 high
4. valve springs around $200+
5. turbo back exhaust $700+
6. BMR K-member $500

So when all is said and done just for a stocker to utilize this system we are looking at around $8200 low and $9500 or more.

Dont forget the most important one. Tuning and along with that I would have a wideband

Of course you need all that stuff, every one knows that. This is just the turbo kit not supporting mods. This is an expensive sport.

You likely can run single pump and 60 injectors maybe this boost a pump thing. For around 500 to mabye 600rwhp.Past that would want the twin pumps or bigger single type setup. And as he said you need tuning also.
And likely better clutch or better auto and stall. And better rear end . Just keeps going and going don't it. To me doing a turbo system is more like a 20,000 or so project. Also nice to get a forged bottom end, maybe some decent heads and turbo type cam. fuel support, tuning support. drivetrain beefing. suspension. brakes. the whole deal.
But running low boost on stock setup is possible. At least for awhile.

That is an awefully expensive fuel setup. You can get a really nice setup from Nasty for ~1350 with injectors, rails, etc

However, you are missing the tune for around $500 and install if you don't do it on your own.

If I was looking for #60lb injectors should I go with flow matched?

Another item that may be very important for those that are running high boost configurations may want to consider an aftermarket PCM to tune individual cylinders, I'm sure most of you have thought about this already, I just wanted to add that to the list.

***Peter I was also wondering how long we will have to pay the full balance, if my system is ready to be shipped and I need another week or so to gather the rest of the funds will this be an issue, or will we be able to work something out?

The only reason is for quiter BOV operational noise................you can swap out the BOV's for louder/bigger units if that what you want.
