Although this thread should have died a while back, its giving me ideas.

Is there currently a KB or any other S/C that is suitable to find under the stock WS6 hood?

Actually they were my pics. Stop being on the fence! Order a tuner kit and put it on. It is really that simple that no one on here (maybe somebody that is not on here has) has bought a kit and even tried to fabricate it in. I thought about and just went the easy route and bought a Corvette. Just do it........

Waiting for you in Las Vegas. I am willing to bet there will never be a kit for an F-body with instructions from Kenne Bell that states and I quote: " measure approximately 6 inches inside the cowl and cut about 12 inches wide" Jut unrealistic and maybe I will eat my words. I state again buy a kit and fit yourself. It will happen quicker that way.

Another thing you guys have to realize is that the Kennebell was designed around the corvette bracket spacing so you would need swap out to a corvette serpentine system and figure out some way to get the alternator and power steering mounted in an f-body along with all the cutting that will be required.

I think it was discussed already in this or another thread because one of the members was going to try and do it but thanks for bringing it back to light though as most people forget about it.

Holy ****, that is clutch man. You should post the pics up here that you sent me. You've proven it CAN be done your shop should really consider trying to put out a "kit" for that, you'd make a killing. You've seen the intrest this thing has!

Alex, I got a question for ya. As I am extremely interested, I'm still miffed by some things and maybe you touched on it earlier in the thread, but why sell before you can get some results on your engine? If you go to all this trouble to make this kit, then why not pitch it to another company that can mass manufacture and produce them on a large scale instead of selling it off?

You could benefit from a patent in this kind of situation, and I just can't seem to understand where you're coming from.

Like I said, maybe you touched on it earlier, but I don't have time to read back.

Patent on a install? I don't think there are such things as labor patents but I could be wrong...

WTH happened to .ALEX.'s posts? Wasnt there an add for his KB in the for sale section? Anyway, cutting the cowl isnt an issue for me at all. I'm 1-1.5 weeks away from being ready to buy something. The shortblock is supposed to be ready next week. Any updates yet on this stuff yet Jeff? The Whipple kit WITH the 10 rib setup is 6k and would need more cutting. Obviously I'd rather have a KB though but a carrot would be encouraging. Called KB the other day and was told that they wanted no part of selling a kit for an F-Body.
