It really depends on the conditions the dyno measurement was taken in. It is supposed to put everything on somewhat of an equal playing field as far as heat, humidity, etc goes. So with it being hotter than hell over there, the correction factor from the SAE numbers may very well add to what you are seeing now. That'd be my guess anyways...

this week we are going to pot it on the dyno and posh it up to 18 PSI and see what is going to make i need the 1000REHP
.
and you should be around 700RWHP on the 347CI.

EDIT:
Tuna's explanation sits well with me. There are going to be trade offs in anything you do. I would trade off some ground clearance to keep A/C as long as I knew I could aty away from speed bumps etc.
