Just saying this nicley I guarantee you if you do a search you could find more info that you would want to know than will ever be posted in this particular thread. I had my finger on the purchase icon a couple times for this kit from several different sponsors, kept getting better deals. For myself I opted out, but not knocking the kit. I jsut think I don't want all the potential problems. If I go FI, its gonna be a S/C and probably a procharger. That's just me. For bang for buck, its probably the best kit on the market??? Don't quote me on that though, just what I found. It all boils down to that you get what you pay for and best be ready to pay for more when going FI. Hope this helps, there is a guy on here getting 500rwhp at 5.5 - 6psi with a FMIC and pretty hefting cam with this kit. So it does produce some good numbers no doubt

My .02 cents. STS is a good power producing kit I like mine because it keeps my underhood temps down, I also like the sound, easy install and if kept stock it's a pretty maintenance free unit. That being said it is probably the least efficient setup out there and If your looking for big numbers I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I've got a M6 with GT67 upgrade and meth, the kit sucks at the track. Lag is a bitch off the line, you can help it by wrapping your exhaust and going with a 2 step or something similar. On auto cars it doesn't seem to be an issue since they can load up the converter on the line giving them some boost off the line.

Best run in the 1/4 was 12.4 at 119mph. Running against a good friend with small cam, headers tune and a 100 shot and he killed me everytime at the strip. I had more power than he did and would start reeling him in but he would get so far ahead off the line that it didn't matter. From a roll it was a different story as I'm sure it would've been different had I had a front mounted setup.

I'll be hitting the 650RWHP mark with my setup (thats the plan anyways) and I'm doing everything I can to make my kit as efficient as possible. To early to tell if it will work out if it doesn't the APS twin turbos are in my future. Again just my experience.

I love my kit just cause it is different than what most do. I'm always one to do things differently than everyone else and prove to them that it works. I don't know. Anyway, I got a kit with a T67, 42# injectors and Racetronix fuel pump. My engine was completely stock. I made 467hp/508tq on 7#s of boost. I was running 120mph in the quarter. I have not completely upgraded my car with an intercooler, 402 low compression stroker motor, 6.0L ported heads, Comp cam, Comp race lifters, Comp hardened rods and 60# injectors. It's getting tuned today.

dont be fooled by the 3995 price... its not complete by any means...you'll spend another 1200-2000 in other parts as well... such as Tuning.. fuel system.. guages.. ect ect.. so plan accordingly

tune the car for a 75 shot. 1st gear is the weak side on the sts kit. The juice will spool it nicely on the launch.

You can set up the kit to just turn on the juice for 1st gear. Your outcome will be different.
