My OFI kit Dyno results!
It made 663HP and 667 tq in a sweltering 90 degree shop and the line stopped @ 5800, i wind it to 6400 normally.. No doubt it would make closer to 700 in cooler air or just at night even.
22* timing, 11.9 AFR, Methanol injection, straight pump gas 93, 14.5 PSI
STOCK: block, CI, CR, crank, rods, heads, intake, GM graphite head gaskets
UPGRADES:
ARP Rod bolts, main studs, and head studs. G5X2 Cam, springs, push rods, speed pro forged pistons.
That is it... basically a stock motor that can make these kinda #s... Ill take em!!

Im running the Racetronix dual in-tank system, -8 feed line, aeromotive regulator (boost reff) and the stock feed line is the return line. 60# Siemens injectors, Speed inc rails. 2nd pump turns on @ 5 psi.
To the avg person it looks like a stock camaro from the outside and just sounds cammed.
Yeah its quiet on film, but in person the neighbors think the airport runway moved to the road behind my subdivision bwhahahaha
This thing is pretty nuts, it kills those M/T drag radials in 3rd gear when boost hits, like literrally smokes them, and 4th gear will typically start to spin when boost hits as well, You can count on having to saw at the wheel in 4th actually at night hahah.
Ive gotta photoshoot this up coming wed for GM High-tech for an article on the car at the local strip so 1/4 mile times will follow.

I did post pics of it then too, but the clearance is tight between the pump and the ABS unit, but ive got heat tape on the PS feed hose and the side of the ABS module, no issues. All the plug wires on the driver side had to be zip tied up to the coil bracket. Kinda of ghetto yes... It looks OK, its not like its obvious they are rigged up there.
Ordered it feb 28th, got it the middle of June.
The Quality over all is pretty good, have to dent mod some things for adequate clearance... but it works and works well.
Its not a mass produced kit like a procharger, so i dont expect everything to be perfect i guess.
It makes FULL boost just shy of 5 grand and is already @ 10 psi by 4 grand.
Its an N/A cam thats in it , a G5X2 114 LSA cam so it peaks a bit higher. I wouldnt want it to peak any sooner as it doesnt hook when boost hits now.
The car works just like it did on motor before the turbo hits, so its not totally gutless to drive around, and it spools @ 1/4 throttle, giving you a pound or 2 to help out if you so desire.

I kinda worked on the tune *** backwards, i got it work OK for part throttle then dialed in WOT. Just enough so it would keep the trims 0 when going WOT. The part throttle tuning will take care of the slow spool up im sure.
