Not ideal for such a large cube engine though I may have some news on larger turbos for the F body system in early 08.

Thanks,

Well, based on what I've heard about boosted LS2s, specifically one GTOs amazing performance as a daily driver (that can run with liter bikes), I'd say LS2. I think you what to talk to Loboost. If you can't find him here go to ls1gto and look for him.

Guys, Here's a quick power/torque graph from our 346 cube twin turbo F body. These power figures are from our load based dyno and we estimate that the power would be around 10% higher on a dyno jet dyno, around 860 rwhp, enjoy!

Peter,

Can you share any specs on the engine and if you are running a standard twin turbo kit or an upgraded version?

Peter that is great numbers but how about some more exact details now.
Is that withthe afr 225 heads think the small chamber or the 72cc size?
Is that the gt7 cam in there still?
What boost is that? Can you give afr and or some timing info. Was that pump gas or meth or what?
Was that fast intake a 78 or 90mm?
Are you going to play with any different cams in the motor like think you originally planned?
What clutch are your currently running since you said other one would not hold the power?
And think you said you are running your twin pump fuel system with the add on rail/line option? Would like to see the afr numbers to see how the fuel system is holding up.
Also looks like power drops off pretty quickly past 6000.Is that due to the cam you are using? The gt7 doesn't make any real power past 6000? Or was there some other thing .Would have liked to see the graph going to 6500 or so.

JC, I will get the engine combination for you in a few hours time. The twin turbo system is a straight off the shelf APS F body twin turbo system, same twin turbo system as we have sold into the US for the last 3 months.

Thanks,

Peter

Here's a quick run down of the 346 forged engine build,

1) Forged Mahle pistons, comp ratio is 9.2:1 with AFR 225 64 cc chambers.

2) Forged Oliver con rods,

3) stock crank,

4) AFR 225 64 CC cyl heads,

5) 90 mm fast intake manifold,

6) 90 mm throttle body,

7) ARP fasteners,

8) GT 11 cam shaft,

9) APS twin pump fuel system,

10) Meth injection system,

11) Custom Twin plate clutch,

12) 20 PSI boost,

13) AFR 11.1 at peak torque, 12:1 at peak power,

14) Ignition timing 14 - 16 degrees,

Hope that helps,

Peter

Excellent Peter on those spec list. Do you have any personal experience on how lopey that gt11 cam is.I think may sell off my gt7 and get the gt11, the gt7 does seem a bit smallish, especially since going a bit bigger than your 346.

Oh couple more questions for you. Fuel pressure you are running and size of injectors you are running.

The GT 11 cam has a nice lope to it, sounds and performs very nicely imo.

Running 60 lb per hour injectors with around 78 PSI fuel pressure (58 PSI plus boost pressure on the fuel reg).

The graph looks good, but why are you losing 200 ft lbs of TQ in about 1500 RPMs? Are the turbos too small?
