Default D1Sc with forged 346 capable of 750+rwhp?

I was wondering what It would take for a forged stock cubed motor with a D1SC to reach this type of power level? I'm mainly interested in people who have done this and what combination of parts they have used (ie. H/C, boost, Alky). I know it's probably not easy but would like to hear your thoughts on this. I would be doing this on a C5 by the way.

its been done a few times over just at epp. they just use the gt1-2 cam and a set of lq9 stage 2 patriot heads for the most part of what ive seen

im shooting for a little bit more with my setup. we are just getting it running and getting the bugs out. its a forged 383 with a d1sc, comp cam 224/230 586/598 on114, patriot stage 2 heads,ls6 intake, and i will have meth injection. when its tuned i will try to get a vid of it. it is in a 79 c10 short bed.

Mine, 383 LT4, D1 12lbs of boost, 648 RWHP Pump Gas, 722 RWHP app 15lbs and fast gas........Oh did I mentioned, Daily driver, AC and all.....

Yup it can be done. Look at KP and EPP as others have suggested. D1 at 15-16 psi or so with the proper fuel system and meth injection can hit 700 rwhp. If you dont want to go all out on a killer heads/cam setup, as suggested above a good blower cam along with LQ9 heads are a solid setup and are cost effective.

just be sure to get the main girdle from EPP. Itl make the ls1 take what the iron block will, especially if you use the callies billet main caps.

Benn there done that, Forged 347 from CDN PERF, Patriot LS6 "243" heads, stock valves, custom 232/242 cam, ECS/Alky control meth kit, 8 ribs 788 rwhp.

Nice build Bob You mentioned you were able to add the timing way up with the meth. Curious as to how much timing you were able to run with the alkycontrol meth kit? Thanks man
