Well I got to drive it today tuned and this thing is wicked to say the least. Have not even had it over 4K as you really don't need too. No traction!!!!! I need to change the oil and vent the crank case some more before I get into it. It blows the dipstick and even after zip tying it, it blew the oil cap! Going to an AN12 on the passenger valve cover to get some ventilation in there and then both if need be. It pulls and pulls without a doubt and is a lot of fun for the 5 minutes I drove it at Ed's shop.

Good job. What kind of rubber are you running out back? What kind of ltd slip in the rear?

Tires are 325's right now. Trying to acquire a dragpack so I can run so slicks to take it to the track but I think the forged motor will get done first and the boost will be turned up before I make it to the track. 3.42 gear right now but I think I am going to a 3.23 or 2.73.

What are the IAT's after running the car for awhile? Did you pin or key the crank?

Running low gears and that much low end torque must be crazy fun. Talk about a wild ride.

The traction control cannot keep up. It spins for a while before it kicks in.

i'm told the iat's in my kb setup are out of control. something like 110* at 3000rpm and 240* at 6300rpm on the dyno. that's just silly.

my 408 made 485rwhp on 12lbs boost. not sure if this info helps this thread or not.

Well that is high. Is the pump for the heat exchanger coming on? Also put some meth on that thing as that will help.
