Default BMR turbo k member install got some ??

I was wondering how many of you had problems getting this point into the frame? Its going to have to be ground down or drill out the hole to make it fit

FYI truck manifold kits might want to look into other k members. This one isn't clearanced the best for a 4" dp. Looks like it would work great for twins though

Mine looked the same way on one of the mounting holes. I just bolted the sucker down and called it a day!

Do you think there would be room for a 4inch dp on the driver side?

Im not buying anything right now, but just getting ideas for the future.

Thanks, Chris

I WOULD THINK!!! A 3 inch fits on the my lt1 down the drivers side nice. Some even have stuffed a 3.5"... this is on a STOCK K-member.

So with that I would think 4" would be a walk in the park

I dont see why a 4" won't fit. My ofi setup fits a 4" with a stock k-member.

Where are you guys getting a 4" pipe through? We have a truck manifold set up, so maybe thats the issue? I know I didnt see any room (with the manifolds on) to clear a 4" pipe. Pics would be GREAT.

I am on the middle of a S91 build up using the turbo k-member. The. 4" DP will fit the passenger side with no big issues. Pics will be posted when I finalize everything.

It is not intended to fit in the frame rail. All you need to do is just tighten it up.
