Default Need help with twin turbo mounting

I'm having some issues with mounting my twins. I'm using the stock manifolds for the turbos, I am mounting them at the front of the engine. So I turned the manifolds around and the one that goes on the passenger side is now on the drivers side, but where the turbo will mount to on the manifold sits back further than the one on the passenger side. Are there any different kinds of manifolds I can get or buy? If pics will help I will take some today.

I used Caddy CTS-V manifolds in my 79 Camaro build.
The part numbers are 12578030 lh and 12578029 rh.

Here is the link to a few of my mock up photos...

So i guess I just need to find a set of 6.0 manifolds? And did you use the factory motor mounts too?

I may be running into another problem. My turbos weigh about 30 lbs each. Would it be easier to mount them straight to the manifolds if possible?

Yes, the 6.0 Caddy set fit the best.
I used the ATS comversion plates, but most all of the
conversion mounts work the same.
