At my buddies house, had to drop him off. Will be posting the pics in the next 30 mins.

Basically got the passenger side header mounted, crossover. Wasnt able to mount the driver side yet because one of the holes didnt line up. Need to drill it out a bit more.

Got the intercooler mounted, with piping to Intake and almost to where the turbo will be mounted.

brb =)

Here are the pics as promised!

I worked on the hot parts mostly. Then Mike wanted some help on getting the cold pipes mounted right, so we both focused on the cold pipes and the routing seems like it will work great.

Here are the pipes wrapped and sprayed.

My buddy Mike looking for ways to mount the cold pipe.

Passenger Side header mounted.

The Passenger side header was really close to the trans housing. Had to trim it a bit to get the V-Band clamp to go over it.

Bumper and Foam removed.

Crossover pipe mounted.

Mike drilling the holes for the intercooler.

Intercooler mounted. Mounted it with 2 bolts and its solid, doesnt move at all. We still added 1 more strap to the front. We used header bolts, they are a perfect fit for the intercooler =).

What about the oil drain for the turbo, you need to tap the pan and have to drop the k member to do it. Its really fun, jsut did it last week.

given the fact that the kit causes some cooling issues because of the removal of the stock fans, I wouldn't block up my radiator like that with the IC.

looks good so far. Hope the intercooler placement doesn't make the car run hot.

We will see how the temps are with the IC mounted like that. The problem is, I REALLY dont want to lose the bird license plate, and foglights.

Im going to give this a shot. If it doesnt work, I will just mount it the other way. The pipes wont have to be moved at all which is a good thing.

Frcefed, do you remember if any of the Hi-Flo guys have problems with cooling? I know that this is how their IC is mounted.
