I would add a methonal injection kit and get a nice safe conservative tune. Running that much more boost is going to cause more stress on the stock block and internals and they are going to ware out and fail sooner rather than later. The methanol and tune will help things a bit.

I am willing to replace internal parts, I just don't know what parts I need to replace to handle it.

Forged pistons that have a dished top to reduce compression, and good rod bolts will get you by.

No. Lowering the compression level will reduce the risk of detonation.

so a forged kit, good valve kit with dished pistons should work.

Unless you can do the labor yourself, installing a forged assembly( crank, rods, pistons, etc ) into a existing block is going to cost more than buying a build forged short block.

yes I could do it myself I would just have to tell them what I am doing because I don't know the numbers game to an engine. I did install the supercharger it just took me an extra 5 hours.

Ok, the kit for your truck comes with a Vortech V2 SQ SC-Trim blower. It's rated for 1000cfm and ~680fwhp.

At a minimum, new rods & pistons would be the way to start. These other guys have already given some good advice. it may be cheaper to buy a new shortblock and swap over everything from your current engine, unless you want to buy parts and do everything yourself.

Check out this thread below. A brand new 6.0 shortblock, CNC machined, balanced, with high quality parts and assembled for $3000.
