Default 10.44@131 Finally got a Clean pass. Remote Mount 76MM S-10

After a few track outtings struggling with 60 foot times and then having my meth kit fail 2 weeks ago I finally got a good clean pass last Friday.

I was a little nervous about the Meth kit working so I only ran at 10psi creeping to 11in the top of third.

Two-step at 2800 on the foot brake only roughly 2psi at launch. Good clean sixty foot of a 1.54

here is the slip.

Unfortunatly buddy dropped the video camera and was unable to recover the pass off the hard drive.

Combo:
370 Cube Iron Block
Compstar rods
Diamond 15cc dish
Trend H-13 Pins
Cometic Gaskets
Patriot StageII LS6 heads
Tony Mamo ported 90/90
Remote mounted PT76GTS
Snow Performance Meth kit
Finishline LVL5 4L60E with billet output
Yank SS3600
Currie 9" with 3.73
MT 275/60/15 DR's

Raceweight 3988LBS with me.

Couple pics of the truck

I had full intentions of stepping to 14psi and going a little harder but oil downs were the topic of the night and I only got one pass.

NO I should have mentioned. The pics shown are from a 100' shootout event. being only 100' passengers are allowed and helmets are optional. Our track is IHRA sanctioned and all rules apply.

Race weight is same as street weight. Still had spare, 2-10" subs and 2 amps behind the seats. Cruise control and aircondiditoning. No real effort made to save any weight.

Nice run. You need to post your times in the "Turbo List" above so you can be added

Your setup looks really similar to mine...just the vehicle looks a little different! What compression ratio are you running?

trust me it is. But just to humor you
i will start with your baseline of 3350 for a V8 S-10
Add-50lbs currie 9"
add-150lbs Cage
add-70lbs subs and stereo equipment
add-50lbs for spray in box liner
add-50lbs remote mount turbo setup
Add-230lbs driver

And that puts you at 3950LBS it adds up quick.

My v-6 regular cab with roll up window and manual lock was 3379 with me in it. Add the extreme stuff and the stereo, I can defiantly see that.

Are you running a single 255? Time for dual walbro's, its the easiest route anyhow. I bought a custom tank, external, etc, etc and said if I did it again it would be the dual intank's. Good to 1000rwhp and cheap

I wanna see what that lil beast can do once you get the wick turned up!
