Default Twin turbo LS7 in a 34 ford 3w coupe

I went to a local car show and a friend of mine Jan K attended with his 34 coupe i took a couple of shots with my camera phone just to share.. he did everything himself including all the tube-welding.... looks awesome and this is his first time TIG welding anything, he even did the aluminum!!!

And he did a 1/8 mile in 6.30 with a trap of 123mph on 20 inch nitto drag radials... first time out!!!

its never on a trailer... and he drives it on vacation! just thought id share (the balance tube before the wastegates was added to keep it from pulsing) and the turbos are ball bearing gatetts, and its on ite third transmission this year

just thought you guys would enjoy it

notice the blueing... this thing gets used! think he will be changing the wastegate setup to dump into the exhaust, this is just too stupidly loud!

Gives a new meaning to the phrase, "10lbs of s**t in a 5 lb bag". Looks awesome, bet it's a hand full to drive.

he works in an office!!! welded the frame with a mig, and thats the extent of his xperience!! and its controlled by an xfi.. so the boost is speed dependent and apparantly its rather well behaved... but with a custom cam, ballbearing turbos, 9:1 compression and over 14 lbs of boost it sure has the potential to smoke the tires....

the car has a built in PC.. on of those small mobile ones and a 14 inch screen so its always online with the tuning softwars and datalogs everything.... he has temp probes eveywhere....

its somthing he had to add becaust the two hot sides are torally devorced, and have so small volume.. and the cold sides are so short.. so the turbos "pulsed" he called it somthing... decoupled, somthing.... but the turbos would pulse side to side.. so he added the crossover and the pulsing went away...
