I looked at it today and per my best quick measurements, it uses a 7" crank and 2.75" blower pulley. It figures out to 57-60k rpm which is still within tolerance. This is 18-20psi on my motor (LT1) with stock unported heads. Still in the testing phase for me so i will post up when i know more

The standoffs are only mocked up right now, as the stud length needs to be adjusted, etc. The idler tensioner is not on there we are making a new one instead of the factory piece. The belt lines up real nice, of course too long. Blower also needs to be clocked for the outlet.

wow looks real nice. how much further does this push the blower out towards the front? doesn't look like you can fit much of a filter on anymore..?

bigstick: It's a race car so we don't have to worry about a real air filter, we'll run a squirrel cage like usual. The blower sits almost on the rad support, which will be cut up and refabricated for our new rad/fan setup. Once the blower is permanent mounted we will be fabricating duct work to the front left Camaro nostril (As you can see in the above picture) for direct airflow.

I have not measured from a stock Procharger setup yet, but you can see it's definitely pushed out due to the massive cog system.

Ours is quite a bit, we even went to a smaller radiator to have a straight shot out the nose.

My blower is out approx one inch further than when it was stock. We went to a narrower radiator and we're going to run the inlet out in front of the radiator to a large air filter. Bob

Bob: What radiator are you running? Looks pretty slick there. I was hoping to keep my stock rad hoses for the end of the season before running the remote mount next year.

Oh and good news the Procharger has been sitting on the aluminum mockup dowels for days and hasn't fallen out of the car yet,. We should have the new tensioner made next week and complete the Procharger installation.

Matt, I'll get the dimensions from the radiator when I get back to the shop. It is an off the shelf radiator from VSI. Bob

Here's mine, I just finished it today. I might need to put a spacer on the blower pulley just to bring it out an extra 1/4".

We put down 830 rwhp (Powerglide and big stall) with my Camaro last week on our Mustang Chassis Dyno with the new cog set-up. Room temp water in the air to water intercooler and 17 degrees of timing. We saw 19 pounds of boost, and the boost ramps up so much quicker without belt slippage! Bob

How does it compare to before ??

In theory, are you using the same pulley ratios between the two setups ??
