cant here it on my car, guess my exhaust is too loud under boost..

When adding wastegate should I keep the procharger flo valve or do away with it. I have d1sc, going to install hks valve with turbosmart controller.

you need to keep it, keep any bypass valves, there only open during part throttle/idle..

No. The BOV bypasses excess pressure when the throttle blade is closed and manifold goes into vacuum, thus allowing the diaphragm to suck the BOV valve open and allow it to expel the extra pressure that was trapped between the supercharger impeller and the throttle blade. The BOV only should open when you are getting off the gas after boosting or in a manual trans car under heavy transmission decel where high manifold vacuum is achieved. The WG in the intake setup will need to open to vent off excess pressure in conditions other than what I described for the BOV which is why you will not want to use the BOV to try to accomplish this. You would need to run the WG in addition to the BOV.
