Building LQ4 - Injector advice
I am building a 05 LQ4 that will have roughly 425hp and tq at the wheels and I was wondering if I need bigger injectors and if so, what and where to get. Let me know. Thanks guys.

Those take the little Delphi injectors
You will need a bit more injector than what you have, I have the Delphis that will drop right in, in 42lb for $479.95 for the set of 8. Flow matched, viton o-rings installed.

Haha alright well I guess I dont have an option. Are the Delphis my only options? I would obviously consider a cheaper route but Im still in the dark on what I need. Please let me know or point me in the right direction. Thanks, Sam

You can run LS2 injectors with a spacer. and wiring harness adapters.
We have those in our rebuilt line for $239 for the set of 8, flow matched, viton o-rings installed, and a 3 year no questions warranty.

I've got an LQ4 making close to 450 right now with my stock injectors... my next mod will definitely be some upgrades in that area. My A/F is right on as of now... but my builder told me my stockers are definitely maxed out...
on a side note, I'm glad to see a new injector sponsor around. I've been reading up on many of your threads Rich and I think it's great that your making a good appearance on here. Your customer service from what I've seen on here is not lacking... Good Job and I'll definitely be looking your way when I'm able to get some upgrades going in the fuel department...
on another side note... i can't help but crack up when I see your location and city name

haha, thanks Soul TKR. Customer service is what we pride ourselves in. Weve been in the injector business for 30 years now.
Were still working on a way to mod the mini-delphi's, and we've killed a ton of them in the process haha. Hopefully we will get it figured out.
Thats actually where our main shop is. I'm down in Florida. And yeah.. I lol'd too haha.

I'm really at the beginning stages of learning the fuel system on our cars. Been doing a lot of research lately. But what do you mean when your talking about the "mini-delphis"?
what injectors would you recoomend for me? keep in mind when I say i've got an LQ4 it's just the shortblock. Everything else is pretty much aftermarket... click my webpage in my sig to see my mods... but as far as I know, LQ4/LS1 injectors in my case are the same...????

The mini delphi is 40mm from o-ring to o-ring the LS1 injector is 60mm form o-ring to o-ring.
If you have an aftermarket intake/rail then you should be able to use the regular LS1 injector.
