Looking for specs on the Bosch 420 pump
Is the Bosch 420 pump the same physical size as the Walbro 255?
Anybody got a link for specs flow vs. pressure vs. supply voltage?

The Bosch pump is longer, and circa 2.5" diameter. It also has threaded fittings at each end.
Length of the top of my head is about 5", but I am guessing.
M12x1.5 at outlet, and M18x1.5 intake.
Specs are difficult. Bosch's own ratings are far more conservative than these pumps actually flow, but they do maintain their flow until about 7.5-8 bar ( 110psi or so ) before flow starts to drop off much.
The Walbros start to drop off dramaticalkly after about 75psi.
The 420 name you US guys use comes from 420 lb/hr
Bosch rate it at 180 litres per hour....most others around the world suggest closer to 330 litres per hour.
Either way, it is a very capable and reliable pump. Ive never tested a single, but I tested my dual 044 setup, and they flowed approx 486 litres per hour at 13.1v, 60psi test pressure pumping through through a single -6 line.
