Default Injector Offset for #83 lb/hr injectors

Anyone know what the offset is (in milliseconds) for #83 lb/hr Siemens injectors?

Thanks,

95.84 if you have boost referenced regulator and run 58psi instead of the 43.5 they are rated at. I rounded up the 82.8 to 83 their gas rating at 43.5.
the formual is current fue pressure / previous boost pressure sqrt times injector size at 43.5.

So 58 / 43.5 is 1.333 sqr root is 1.1547.. times 83 rounding slightly.
If you don't have boost referenced reg then you need the whole table and I can't do that spreadsheet don't have spreadsheet program.

I don't have them. Good luck, everyone is pretty tight lipped with offsets. It took me forever to get my 72's just right for driveability but I had no prior experience with tuning injectors. You might try the correct forum.

Don't worry about hard and fast offsets. Put in your IFR table the way it should be then just tweak the injector offset voltage until the LTFTs are where they should be (assuming the rest of the tune is close). You should be able to guess the offsets for the other voltages and be pretty close. Lower voltage = longer offset, higher voltage = less offset.

The pro tuners are trying to protect their secrets. Kind of dumb for those of us that pay big bucks for the hptuners setup and then you get next to no help on the hptuners boards .
I have had to mostly figure out my own stuff. There are hardly any FI files on hptuners site which is pretty strange since many many fi cars are running it. There is like one or mabye two turbo tunes on file.
My 60s ran pretty good just settin ifr. Not sure how the 80s would work likely get some as soon as start hitting the limits with my car. I have advantage that can run mix of spray and boost and wet nitrous don't use up any injector so only have to size for the boost part. I do have 120s as back up but not a big fan of the all the harnesses and box and all that ,high impedence is neater if you are not running standalone.
But 80 is tops for high impedence I think right now.

Problem is with my 60s, I have such a rich idle and tweaking the VE table does nothing to help (2 bar SD tune, return style fuel). I'm new at tuning and I don't know where to look next to lean it out.

Have you played with the short pulse adder? That allowed me to lean mine out at idle

So how about some numbers 98 or your tuning file.

you wont get the offsets because no one has them for sure lol. Its sort of a trial and error thing, especially on a stock PCM.

If you want to get some ballpark numbers download the software for an AEM ECU and they have a bunch of offsets for different injectors and you can see what they use.

Personally I have used up to 95lb injectors on the stock PCM and never even touched the offsets..

Too late for me to start the car in my neighborhood, but I'll give it a shot tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
