if you are buying the procharger, and don't have a hugely modded car, you can easily to 42# injectors.
I have my STS kit on my 42# injectors and i'm running a 67% duty cycle, soon to be greater, as i'm stepping to 7.5psi (from 5)

The only thing im concerned about is that your 42's are already at 62% I think once you step up to 7.5 psi your injector would be around 80% almost on the edge. I have read that 80% is on the border line

It seem to me that most guys go with the 42's for a mild setup then mototron 60's are usually the next level. I run the 60's with a boost ref return system on a turbo 346. It's runs really good but I had to learn how to tune them. The only complaint is it still goes rich under deceleration.

I would think you will be ok with 42lbs injectors at 8 psi and a relatively stock motor. However if you are thinking that you would like to build a motor and up the boost later then I would just go ahead and buy the 60's. When I got my used kit I just turned around and sold the 42's right away and bought 60's that way I had the room to grow

I wil be upgrading the fuel pump for sure with either a walbro 255 or a racetronix along with the hotwire kit. I dont think I will be going over 8 psi any time soon so as of right now I think 50lbs would work fine. What do you guys think

go with the mototron 60#ers... you won't be disappointed. My friend runs them on his D1SC-procharged TA (10psi) and he has no complaints. As long as you get a good tuner to set them up they should be good with some room to grow.

I got lazy & still haven't turned the dfco back on. But I think I will still get a rich spike on decel. I take my car from 2200 to 9000 DA on a regular basis to race so I am always retuning. So it is always in ready to tune mode.

Go with the 60's. and never look back. They may seem a little to large for 5-6psi, but at 8+ you will love them. Buy a large enough injector for your current setup, but leave yourself enough room to grow. You can make 700+ hp easily on the 60's
