Default Found the secret fitting for dual walbros! Look inside...

Here it is. The perfect 3/8 barbed fitting to run dual walbros in the tank. It's a coca cola part too!! LOL. Just ordered one for myself.

It is not exactly perfect as the pumps take a 5/16" hose, not 3/8".

3/8" hose does not like to seal well on 5/16" pump nipples.

The pump outlet is 5/16th but that is way too small to Y dual pumps with IMO. It's the best thing I've found so far so I'll make it work. Some of the jobs I've seen people do on the dual pumps were hackjobs, so this at least should be halfway decent! I had a T fitting with rubber hose bent at a 90 degree angle and I couldn't even look at it so I ripped it back apart. At least this way retains good hose geometry. I'll let ya know how it works.

The problem is trying to clamp the 3/8" line onto the 5/16" outlets of the pumps. You have to crank down so hard on the clamps it tears the hose. Just speaking from experience. I posted a y fitting I found that works perfect in one of my post in this section.

No, way too much of an angle on that. The hoses would still be at a nasty bend. The correct way really is with an "h" style fitting for straight hoses with no bend in them. The 3/8 one should work fine I think.

I contacted a friend that does warehouse supply for hydraulic supply and always has crazy looking things like this... Would the one in the first post work if it was 5/16th and brass?

I built my own with fittings from Ace Hardware. 5/16" in, 3/8" out. Simple, elegant, and avoids all hose diameter issues. Go to the plumbing department and start mixing and matching. Not very expensive, either.
