The feed line is the easy part. If you are just running stock size you can go with -6 AN line from the feed to the rails. To do that you'll need the following pieces:
As for the second of those two hoses for the tank EVAP I am not 100% sure. At the hard line side it will be similar, but the tube is smaller. I think it is a 5/16" instead of 3/8" so you would need the appropriate adapter (Measure the tube first before ordering). Probably two 90 degree hose ends or one 90 and 1 180 degree to make the bend to the valve. But I don't know what type of quick connect to attach the line to the valve, it looks smaller so it might be a 5/16". If it is Russell makes 640863 as a quick disconnect to that size.
Hope this helps, good luck.
- AN to Tube adapter fitting with a male AN end like the Summit Part # SUM-2200077B
- -6 AN 90 degree hose end
- -6 AN Teflon or similar braided line.
- -6 AN Straight hose end
- Russell quick connect fitting to connect to the fuel rail such as 640853 (Black) or 640850 (Blue)

I confirmed the vapor evap lines are 5/16" on my car (Sorry it took a little bit, car is not at home right now.)
As the above post detailed the fuel feed then this should cover you for the vapor line to the purge valve on the side of the intake.

- -6 AN male to 5/16" tube adapter. The only one I could find in this size was from Earl's, part # 165056
- 90 Degree -6 AN hose end
- -6 AN braided line
- 90 degree -6 AN hose end
- Russel 5/16" Quick disconnect fitting, part # 640863 (Black) or 640860 (Blue)

I just pulled the foil off and they are black rubber hoses. On the feed lines you can just cut the hard line and use an 6an to hard line adaptor or you can buy the expensive quick connect fitting.
