Default Running a turbo Ls1 off methanol

Has anyone here been able to do it? I know a company in Australia was able to do so using Bosch Indy 160 lb injectors, and a custom low impedance module running off the stock ECU.

It would make sense to run it on Methanol considering it offers excellent cooling properties, and has much high detonation resistance.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can, but 160's will probably max around 900rwhp in case you are going for big power.

i run my engine on straight methenol, but use a after market ecu to control the injectors, im running 16 160lb injectors and about swap the secondarys out to 220lb's

its not a street car but strats off the key perfectly with the belt driven fuel pump and sits there idles perfectly and makes plenty of power..

havent had a full clean pass down the track yet due to a few converter issues but it went 8.2 on its first pass..

if you want to do it use the ID2000 injectors, they are high impdence and dont require a shitty driver box to drive them.

pic for you

Yes this is true of any highly oxygenated fuel. They don't actually die, the inner parts swell and make the flow considerably smaller. But for non oxygenated fuels you wont find a better set of injectors.

Methanol should be golden though!
