How much power can 36lb injectors handle?
I am finishing up my build next month with my final tune after the break in period. I was told that my 36lb injectors wouldnt be able to make over 400whp, is this true? My car is a stock cubed H/C/I/E full bolt on car... If need be i can get some 42lb injectors but why go bigger if i dont need to?
Any help would be awesome... I did look at the chart that is sticky'd and im horrible at math so that didnt help me much... Thanks!

Thats kinda what i was hoping to hear, after hearing my car star up and idle for the first time today i might have to build the bottom end too cuz i just got power hungry real quick! lol i think i should have no problems hitting 450whp with my setup but i think my injectors shouldnt hold me back that much... What areyour mods?

I am running stock GTP injectors which are 36lbers and I believe are the same part # as the FAST 36lbers...
On stock fuel pressure, the 36lb injectors are actually 41lbers...
This is actually my scaling IFR table out of HP Tuners for these injectors...
Injector Flow Rate vs. KPA VAC
40.11751 40.36553 40.61355 40.86158 41.10960 41.35762 41.60564 41.85366 42.03968 42.28770 42.53572 42.78374 43.03177 43.21778 43.46580 43.71383 43.96185
put it this way.....
On a 100 wet shot, on a stock fuel pump with these injectors I am only at 70% injector duty cycle at 520rwhp....im 412rwhp N/A and the Injector duty is 61%...you are fine.

i would do a fuel pump now just to be safe but i would do a fuel pump if ur going to be spraying 100 shot.
The stock injectors can hold 400hp without a problem so idk where you got the info about 36lb injectors not holding 400hp but you should not listen to them lol The stock injectors will be close to maxed with that kind of rwhp but 36's wont be. Put the money into a fuel pump man

Well i am just getting my base tune tomorrow so i have some break in time before i get my power tune and i wont be spraying for a while... I am trying to hit 500whp with a stock block
So yeah with that time i will definately look into getting a fuel pump, any preferances as far as brands?

500rwhp on a stock block is nothing.
I have a racetronix fuel pump and hotwire kit I still need to install. i DONT need it on a 100 shot, but on a 150 shot I do. The stock fuel pump doesnt like when the fuel solonoid opens and there is a drop in fuel pressure...this is why I am upgrading the pump and also because the stock pump doesnt do well with anything over 550rwhp.
FYI, my MS3 cam only....the stock injectors were BEYOND maxed at 412rwhp. They maxed out at 5k, and I pulled until 6800.....
