Default Racetronix Vendor Review

Racetronix Vendor

Hey guys,

This is just a search-able review so everyone knows what they are dealing with this vendor.
I'm reposting this on all the forums I'm a member of.

Instructions:
Racetronix does not supply instructions with their products 2004 thread & 2011 thread)
Emails are not answered with technical support or instructions.
Emails are only responded with a link to register with their own personal web forum.
Phone Support = None, there is no phone number to contact.
This company exclusively does support through their own mandatory registration web forum

Returns
,
There is no information on their website that I could find that informs you before purchasing.
They want to do a mandatory $13 UPS shipping label plus 15% restocking fee.
I asked for their address to ship it and they will only ship you a pre-paid label.

These are the facts, Take them for what they are worth.
Hopefully this information helps future buyers.

I got instructions with my fuel pump - they don't send any with the hotwire kit, but between this:

and this:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/fueling-i...t-problem.html

and this:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/fueling-i...tall-pics.html

or just sending them an email (support@racetronix.com), it shouldn't be that difficult.
