Default will a walboro 400 fit in a 98 fbody?

Will it work with out much modification? I know it wont in the 99 and up because of the bucket. Thanks

they are the same size as all the other walbro's so yes

if that is true and a 400L pump is same as 250L why would you simply do that instead of adding dual pumps?

S4885.3.... They are different than a standard Walbro



The power requirements may also exceed the wiring in the sender & may cause idle pressure issues with the factory regulator.

I was going to take that down but I didnt think it posted. Thank you for the correction. Do you know what kind of amps they pull so I know what size of fuse to use?

Was thinking the same thing but Lonnie said stock wiring & connectors wont handle the 400lph Well would it all work with a racetronics hot wire kit & holley afpr??? Makes more sense to me to run one pump Half the **** to go wrong lol
