I was told 04 Tahoe 5.3 flex fuel. All I can find for info is design III Bosch style? is what they say fits. I Googled Design III Bosch and it looks like the ones I'm getting. We will see. if not, I have seen adapters.

All you need is different o-rings for the bottom and make a set of brackets to mount the rails to the intake.I'm using ls3 injecters on a vic. jr. just needed ls3 to ls1 o-rings and made shorter mounting brackets.Try injector dynamics for the o-rings and home depot for some L brackets $40 tops for everything.

I see in your signature you are running a 4150 throttle body. I bought the intake with the 4150 to 4500 adapter and the 1600cfm 4500 throttle body real cheap. I am going to try it. It is pretty big for 346 cuin.
