Do I need bigger injectors
Do I need bigger injectors A tuner mentioned that I may need a bigger injector for this setup in my camaro. I have a set or delphi 60lb on the shelf now I can switch out, or are the fast 46lb injectors good enough?
Here are the engine specs on what I just put in the car.
383 Ls1 block 11:9:1 CR
4" Callies Compstar crank
6.125 Callies Compstar rods
3.905 -3cc Diamond pistons
63cc Trickflow 220 heads w/PRC .650 dual springs
BTR pushrods
ARP bolts throughout
BTR custom grind cam 243/250 .623/.615 112+4
FAST 102mm intake (port matched)
FAST 92mm throttle body
FAST 46lb injectors (factory ls2/3 rail)
Powerbond UD pulley
Double roller billet timing set
SLP ported oil pump

I used DW 50# injectors @58psi and had no problem making close to 700fwhp with them. I'm not sure what the FAST do at lower pressure. One of the big reasons I was told to avoid them was the lack of any data out there for their injectors. I don't see why they wouldn't work based on HP potential but I've been wrong before.

I've heard that there is injector data on them and I want the car to run good. If i have to swap them its no big deal to do before the tune. Just dont know if the 60's i have are going to be better. They were flow tested and are 70lb at 58 psi.
