Default twin intank setup w/ kb bap

Would it be possible to have twin intank pumps wired seperatly with a kenne bell boost a pump? Say i wire one of the pumps to my racetronix hotwire kit. Then i wire the other pump to the kb bap with the hobbs switch. That way only one pump runs all the time. The other pump would only come on under boost and have the extra voltage provided by the bap. Is this possible? And would i run the ground to the pump that is controlled by the bap to a good chassis ground? And the power wire to the back of the alternater?Would i need a relay?Did a search and couldnt find a awnser.

Can anyone help me with this? Have any ideas? I read were you can get a dual racetronix harness? Does it have a place for a boost a pump? Would i need a bap? It is for a car that has 15 pounds of boost from a procharger. He is running out of fuel and wanting to upgrade his fuel system. Thanks

i would think the twin intank would be fine without the "bap" how much hp do you plan on making??? i made 416rwhp with the stock fuel system?

650 or better. I just allready have a bap didnt know if i would still need it or not. Im not sure how much hp just a dual pump setup can handle in case i wanted to raise the boost later on.

if i were you i would just run the dual intake as is. if you want to know if its working properly get a fuel pressure gauge. if you see the pressure drop under boost then you know the pumps arent keeping up...

i would have to say thou at 650hp the twin intank would be plenty probably even with the stock lines.....

yes

just go ahead and put the second one in there.. go ahead and wire it separately, for now relay it to come on at wide open or at some boost level. once you are making over 800rw start keeping track of your fuel pressure and then consider the bap on one of them.
