looking for pics of fuel systems
looking for pics of fuel systems I recently purchased a complete fuel system from speed inc. i want to see some pics of where people mounted the reg, the pump, and to see how the rails look. thanks if yah got em. 
Re: looking for pics of fuel systems I bought the speed inc. stuff too. I am running a kit car but here's my plan (not installed yet).
Out of the tank to the filter, filter to pump mounted about 10" from the tank as low as I can get it. Feed line to the front of the engine to a #10 Y that feeds the rails. Dump lines to the regulator mounted on the back of the firewall. Return back to the tank.

Re: looking for pics of fuel systems The hose connecting the bottom of the 2 tanks is a balance line. Even if the return fuel went 100% to the right tank, the balance line would transfer it over to the left until it was 50% right, 50% left. Once the fuel level is below the balance line, it won't work. I'll just have to make sure I keep and eye on the fuel level.

Mark, out of curiosity, what kind of kit car is this going in? The idea of two fuel tanks is pretty neat, but I can't picture what kind of car would use a setup like that...

Re: looking for pics of fuel systems It's going in an ultima canam. They have 2 small tanks on both sides of the engine. You can see in the attached picture in the side intake vent a slanted piece of aluminum that is one of the tanks.

Re: looking for pics of fuel systems They sell 2 versions one with fitting, one without. I couldn't see spending 100+ on 2 fittings and a little piece of steel braided line, so I got the one without fittings. Mine came with the 2 rails, mounting blocks, and screws. Everything went together pretty well. Only issue was two of the hex head screws, head diameter where a little to large and didn't fit into the mounting block. After a little grinding it was fine.
