Car has the Racetroix plug & play harness, single intank pump & MSD BAP. I installed the BAP about 2 years ago chasing a fuel pressure issue & the BAP didn't seem to make much of a difference. Fast forward to this winter I noticed the 20 amp fuse on the Racetronix harness is blown. Car starts & runs fine, I don't remember ever checking the fuse before so it may have been like this all along. I checked all wires, nothing shorted that I can detect. If I put a new fuse in then it blows as soon as I turn on the ignition. As I said the car runs fine. The only part of the BAP install that I recall being a little murky was which side of the Racetronix plug n play to connect the black & red wires from the BAP. Right now it's got the the red from the BAP connected to the Racetronix plug n play connector the heads to the factory terminal block left rear behind rear seat & the black to the Racetronix PnP connector going to the Racetronix grey (looks like another relay) thing in the back that I mounted next to the afore-mentioned factory terminal block. IS that correct or do I have it backwards?

I'm not sure if I totally understand how you have it wired, but you need to source the power from the 10ga Racetronix wire (with the fuse) or another battery source. Done properly, it should not work if the fuse is blown. It sounds like you are sourcing your power from the factory wiring.
You should cut the heavy red wire & put the booster inline. The grey wire should only work the pump relay.

Thanks for the reply, Here's the boiled down version:
It has the Racetronix PnP harness set up correctly & it worked w/o the BAP. Racetronix provides a "pump booster interface connector" in the PnP harness. It's unclear to me which side of the interface the red & black wires to the fuel pump from the BAP are supposed to hook up to. Thanks again.

Disconnect the BAP connector on the Racetronix harness, the orange MSD wire connects to the part of the harness leading to the relay (red Racetronix wire). The red MSD wire connects to the other half leading to the pump (red Racetronix). The long black MSD ground needs to go to the black wire (ground) leading to the fuel pump.

Thanks, it makes sense now. Since I have the battery in the rear of the car I think I'll move the BAP back there & shorten up the wiring including the 10ga Racetronix wire.
