Default In-tank Walbro 255 plus in-line Walbro 255 boost-a-pump....?

How much HP can this safely supply? It is stock fuel lines and Motron 60lb injectors.

I've always thought the in-tank 255 was good for 600rwhp in a N/A or Nitrous setup, but how about for a FI setup?

What can the 2 pumps together handle? I am assuming this is more than I will ever need for 550-650 rwhp.

A single intank 255 will support around 550rwhp with forced induction.

The inline will do virtually nothing for you as it flows no more than the one in the tank.

If you need more pump capacity, get ahold of me.... I can set you up with whatever you need.

Pumps in series will offer a slight benefit. But not a great deal.

You either need a better single pump, or to run 2 pumps in parallel to improve flow.

I build a twin intank setup with plug-n-play wiring harness. It will support your power level with a few hundred extra HP to spare.

For more info, I can be reached at (724)322-8505. I also offer night & weekend hours until 11:00pm eastern time.

This is what I was thinking.

Is it possible to do twin in-tanks and keep the stock tank? Is there a kit available?

The dual intank units I build fit inside the stock tank with no modifications & will support upwards of 1000rwhp with the proper fuel system components. They are built exclusively using Racetronix components.

Feel free to call me if you need more info.

Just one ??? I may be calling you. I have a LS7 motor out of a wrecked ZO6vette, that I installed in my 1932 pro street truck. Right now I have a weldon 600-A external pump. I think it is right on the border as being enough pump. All I have done to the motor is a set of headers, and Speartech did the computer. It is suppose to have a power tune installed in the PCM also. Based on this. I would guess the HP around 550 maybe. What do you think? will the 600-A be enough? or should I have a intake pump fit to my fuel cell? If so what pump, and is that something you can do? I also have a weldon bypass regulator, with 6 AN feed from the pump, to the regulator. An a 6AN return. I have a 10 AN from the cell to the inlet side of the pump.

Bada, your pump should be OK. I would look into a plumbing issue.

Is the pump mounted lower than the tank?

Yes it is. Do you think I have the bypass regulator in the wrong place? It is just before the driver side fuel rail. I bypass right there, just before entering the rail. Someone said I should put the regulator at the end of the passenger rail. That way the fuel goes thru the rails first. But weldon told me to hook it up the way I have it.

It is preferrable to pass through both rails then the regulator.

How big of wiring do you have going to the pump? Where is it connected?

It is connect to the fuel pump relay that speartech supplied with the harness. The pump only pulls about 6amps. I ran #12 from the relay to the pump. Not sure what speartech ran from the harness fues block to the relay. So where do I get the passenger side fuel rail with a #6 AN that will go to the regulator?
