I have 3.90's right now, and I already bought a set of 4.56's. I was just going to sell them, cause I didn't think I would gain anything. What do you guys think? I rarely drive on the highway. Do you think these will help me with my 1/4 times?

here is an example, if you are redlining at 6500 RPM, and on 28" diameter tires, you could hit 119 in fourth gear.
if going up to 6800 RPM you could see 124 in fourth gear (still 28" diameter).
you want to maximize your RPM toward the end of the track while leaving some room for overhead.
pending on what your future goals are you might be better off with 4.30's or similar. the last thing you want at the track is to have to shift right before the end of the quarter.
play with this calculator, put in the gear ratios and tire size and redline, and it will tell you your speed in gear.

sorry. bracket racing talk.
a number is a hundreth. 10 numbers is a tenth .10 or 15 numbers is a tenth and one half .15
at your 12.6 et, you very well could pick up more, it all depends on the setup.
i went to a 4.33 from a 3.70 and picked up .07, but im running way faster. hard to make up time when you are already going fast.
