Default VERY upset with WaveTrac and Moser Eng.

EDIT problem solved and FYI the wave trac uses 2 different bearings one LM104949 and one JLM104948 and the race #LM104911 for anyone that wonders and doesnt read the print like me... DOH!

Mistakes happen man, you need to give them the oppertunity to fix it before blasting them on the net.

a few bad eggs slip in now and then. It happens. Hopefully Moser will take care of you though, dont know how they could slip out of this one

I got a Wavetrac last year, and it uses different bearings on each end. There was a paper in the box that had part numbers for them. The outer part was the same, the inner race was different. No problem for me. I just ordered the bearings from Unitrax here locally.

definateley get ahold of them first and see if they can/will help you and i am pretty damn sure that they will...you should NOT BLAST them here without talking to them first..thats not just questionable QC thats shitty customer too...

I'm sure they will make it right for what mistakes are made. Everybody at one time or another will get a part that isnt right and it may or may not screw up there day/week , I could see why you're upset. However thats what people concider paying to play. GL to you.

got it fixed, i FIGURED nothing special was needed then i read the blueprint and got the bearing why the HELL they use 2 different sizes, i have no earthly idea ...
