Default Clunky/notchy shifting after s60, DS, Adj TQ arm.

Ok so here is my issue, some background: M6 01 z28 bolt on with a PRO 5.0 shifter spec 2+ clutch with spec billet flywheel and TICK adjustable master. So two days ago I installed my new Strange S60 with 4.10s and detroit locker and matching strange shortened driveshaft and a spohn adjustable torque arm with spherical rod end and relocation bracket the rear, DS, Tq arm have about 50 miles on them, the clutch n flywheel almost 300 miles(done about 3 weeks ago) Im having problems with shifting from 1st to 2nd it feels really clunky not smooth at all just driving normal only on upshifts not when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd also all other gears feel weird on upshifts all started happening after the rear install car drove and shifted like butter with the stock rear tq arm n DS. Pinion angle is at -2 degrees TRUE pinion angle I set it on a drive on lift at work so I know thats accurate, my question is what could b causing the transmission to feel so different now, I know its not the clutch problem all the hydros are new the tick master cylinder works awesome and I have full disengagement of the clutch, I know with the locker I should expect some noise and banging going around turns and with the spherical rod end on the tq arm Im gonna feel all the vibrations and movement more but I dont see how that would affect the transmisson any input or ideas are appreciated.

could this be related to the drive shaft?

I heard that the locker could wear out synchros in a manual transmission and it could be feeling notchy from the locker I could be wrong or what I heard may have been wrong.

Yea I fear that the locker could be affecting it but its only been on the transmission for about 100 miles now. would that be enough to wear out the syncros??

well it could hurt them over a longer period but the notchy feeling is probably the locker when the clutch goes in the driveshaft isn't putting rotating pressure on the yoke and spinning the carrier and when that happens I think the lockers doesn't stay locked like when you are driving in a straight line when pushing the gas. This probably feels notchy when ur just shifting slowly and cruising around..?

Does it feel notchy when you shift very fast like when racing the car?

yes just feels notchy during normal driving slow shifting, I have not tried power shifting or really gotten on the car since Im still braking in the clutch/rear but will find out in about a week, but yea what you said makes prefect sense and it feels like thats whats happening because it feels notchy when I let off the gas to shift (when trans/driveshaft have no tension on them).

I would bet that it's the locker,

Did you notice the notchiness right after the locker/rear install?

My question is it normal and expected for it to be notchy like that from the locker or is there something wrong with it? I mean its brand new from strange I dont mind the notchiness IF it will shift fine when speed shifting.

well spoke with strange and you guys had it right its because the locker unlocks itself when it feels no torque therefor making it clunky/notchy feeling but according to strange it should be fine at higher rpms or when powershifting 200 more miles before I get to test it out

yea it takes some getting used to seems to shift fine at higher rpms, will be taking it to the track next week hopefully. I wanted something I don't have to worry about braking at the track. not always the most daily driver friendly.
