Assuming this thread is real: yeah man, I do believe it's a little out of true LOL. Holy hell, what did you do?
If that was done under power I would regard everything from the tranny back with suspicion. Gears clearly gotta be changed, probably better off buying a salvaged unit.

10 bolt fail. 3600 stall winning since you were roll racing and not from a dig on drag radials or slicks I'd assume the housing isn't bent or suspension tweaked. You should be able to measure it to see if it is. Once you have it a part you can check everything else.

it's not tough to take apart....you'd do it while the rear is in the car, preferably on a lift......you only need basic tools and an impact for the pinion nut.....but like the gary said, if you've never done it, you might want to take it to a shop......disassembly is easy, but setting the gears back up is a very touchy thing.

Well you have two choices both will be around the same cost unless your swapping rears yourself. Not hard to do but like you said you don't have a lift so that can be a pain for the first time on the ground. A. Buy gears of your choice and rebuild kit and have them installed by a pro. I'd say $350 parts $400 labor if all else looks ok, ie axel not bent etc
2. Buy used rear from $150-$500 pending gear ratio, miles and options and have installed. Labor could be $300-$500 area pending.
D. Buy used rear $150-$500 and swap yourself

It is pretty easy to drop the rearend. Easiest thing to do is to replace the whole thing. If you rebuild yourself all the tools you need cost a couple hundred bucks, gears cost a couple hundred too. So you can spend 500 bucks for parts and still have to do all the work, which is not easy, or buy one for as low as 150 dollars and just slap it in. I speak from experience for both options. The only pro from rebuilding yourself is learning how to do it and you get to buy some cool tools like a press.
