Exclamation new member here

Hi I am a new member, I am in the market for a rear end but need some advice. Looking for help on what rear end is best to go with that won't leave my bank account super sad. I don't want to fully send it on the stock rear end yet.

Question rear end

is it worth spending the money on rebuilding a stock 10 bolt or just going aftermarket???

Is it an auto or mannual. If it is a auto they last longer on the 10 bolts if you don't have the coin for a new one. If it is a stick going back to the ten bolt is like just borrowing more time because it will break again if you are making any power espically with a tire on it. I don't know much about 8.8 set ups so someone else will have to chime in on it. 12 bolts get loud in t-56 cars after some beating. If you want the best your going to have to look at 9" or a s60. MWC 9 is badass you could do it once and be done quick performance makes a nice nine too I hear, but personally don't know anyone with it. i hate to say it you can't get the best rearend and worry about the account its going to sting, so make it sting once. Search on here for the numerous threads about this there is tons of info from guys going faster than I ever will.

What engine tranny and HP are you working with or planning on? This is a big question we need to know to go further.

Give us a call we can go over many different options and explain to you why one should stay away from the other options on the market and their flaws. We do offer the Strange S60 which is a great bang for the buck as well as our fabricated nine inch that bolts back in the same way the 10-bolt comes out that includes a torque arm and crossmember.

Yea I am running a t56 on the car. Currently I'm running nitrous on a cam LS1, but will be going with a turbo in a few months and was really looking into rear ends. I will certainly look into what you have listed and do a little more research on them. I appreciate the response and help,, thank you very much.

You are asking for trouble with those power adders and T56 w/ the 10-bolt. Mine's making horrendous noise at 21K miles, and I don't even drive it that hard (no power adders for me). I'm not wasting a dime on my 10-bolt, going w/ an S60.
