4.10 gears

after installing 4.10 gears will i need a tune or just change the spedo?

Speedo/tach changes. Had in done yesterday. No tune needed.

hey,i bought a used hypertech in the 4sale section for 150 bucks,i can change gears or tire size & correct the speedo with it!!! i do not know what a shop would charge for doing this??? but i do not have to worry about doing it again,because i own it!!!!!! just something for you to think about!!! john

Buy a used Hypertech or Diablo tuner. Don't pay more than $150 for the Hypercrap or more than $200 for the Dicraplo. Or you could have someone local edit it for you. The problem is, you have to buy a license for your vehicle to use LS1edit, which costs more than this simple edit is worth.
