Default Cheap Aftermarket Rear end

My buddy at work said someone started making a Ford 9 inch with ABS for 500 bucks for just the housing, 3rd member housing and brackets.

If thats true let me know who it was and everything because 1. I didnt think you could keep your ABS with a 9inch, 2. 500 bucks would be really sweet since i can get axel's + Gears threw my work (Truck Gear Shop) for cheap.

Let me know!

You can find a housing and axles for about $800 but that is the cheapest I have seen. I just pieced one together for about $1000-1100. I found a used housing then got new axles and a spool. I picked up a third member with 4.10's and 31 posi on the cheap too. Put new bearings in it with the spool and reused the 4.10's.
Should be running Monday or Tuesday.

Lets see. I can keep destroying 10 bolts or I can ditch the ABS and put a rearend in that can handle the power I have. Lets think about this. Flashing the converter to about 4500 on a 200 shot off the line. The ten bolt made one pass with the 28 inch slicks. Second pass BOOM!!! Yeh i made the right decision.
