AHHHH!!!!! Knock on wood, rub a rabbit's foot or what ever you do for luck. You just envoked the rage of Murphy's Law.
I can definately feel your pain. I do production scheduling and we have taken on some very large customers in the last 2 years basically doubling what we had to produce before and we got our a$$es handed to us and still are to an extent Our turn around time soared from 2-3 weeks to 2-3 months. We had A LOT of pissed off customers and a competitor that tried to use that against by using the slogan of "Late Hurts." It does take a while for everything to get put in place, to find good reliable help, to be able to forecast demands and work with suppliers to meet your needs.
Thats what you get for making a superior product (IMO) at a competitive price.

You're just going through growing pains and it'll get worked out. In the end, I'd rather wait and have a great product than for you to rush the jobs and cut corners. I just call every few weeks because I have 2 shops waiting on the rear end so my car can be completed and I try to keep them updated. That and I'm anxious to see what my new set up will do.

Well, after busting Eric's ***** a little I just can't help but to like the guy.... I just got off the phone with him (9:30 PM) and he's at the shop crating up rearends....
He's working hard and trying his best to make everyone happy.
I know it will be worth the wait, so I've decided to go with Midwest Chassis.
Here's my setup:
Braced housing
31 spline
Strange nodular case w/ upgraded pinion support
Fill cap
4 channel w/ rings
3.70:1 gearset
Detroit TrueTrac
TA w/ cross member
LCA
Adj. Panhard
Strange driveshaft
Black powdercoating
And a partridge in a pair tree.
Thanks Eric

never enough hours in the day...
the missing parts are supposed to be out of the laser and at the press brake area to be formed. i have a whole bunch more components on order to keep the ball rolling on this deal. i will busy for the next few days shipping the last load i got back from powdercoating so maybe sometime next week we will be busy welding more finally. i really don't wanna have to hand form more of these but i will if i have to.

Never poked my head back in here after I received my rear. I cant wait to get that thing in. Looks great. But the clutch/tranny stuff is coming first. I cant wait till its all done. Slowly but surely.... Oh and Eric was very vigilant with shipping to be sure it got to my door. Missed it a couple times and he was right there sayin I missed it before I even knew!
