My order is in too but we need to understand Eric's position and the good deal we are getting. IMO posting about the wait can only hinder. We all knew Moser could ship in 2 days and the long wait for the Fab 9.

I know full well what production is like since I'm over production scheduling for 3 facilities in as many states.

I don't see how posting the waiting time will hinder anything. Maybe some people will hold off ordering until he is caught up, but thats better for those that go ahead and order.

Actually, I can see where fewer orders for a little while would be a benefit for his production. It would give them time to catch up and build stock for future demand.

Yeah, I ordered mine in late March also, and I'm assuming it's also in the powdercoating stage.
I also don't see a problem posting waiting times. It will help customers make informed decisions on what to buy. Obviously if a person needs a rear RIGHT NOW and is willing to pay the extra $$$, this probably isn't the way to go. However, if you're like me and have a functioning rear in their car and not in a huge hurry, it's worth the wait for a great piece at a great price.

The guy at the body shop liked the rear so much he might be giving you a call. :-)

Got my rear today. Eric was great, and very helpful.

Me and my buddy are on 4 hours of sleep cause of RSD @ GLD last night, but the car will be driving tonight with pics.

We got the brackets for the sway bar welded up, Cross member for Torque arm bolted up. New rear suspension in, and panhard and lower control arms in. We need to get the brake lines in, brakes, Drive Shaft, Torque arm, Adujst, fill and drive.

There will be pictures up tonight.

Ps for anyone wondering. Stock 10 bolt 150 lbs.
Fab 9 with spool, 35 spline axles, back brace with backaing plates is @ 190. 40 pounds, but i probably saved close to 10 pounds from the umi to His tq arm. Plus his rear sway bar kicks ***.

Thanks again eric.

It has a strange iron center, with the 35 spline axles. With everything on it weight wise, other then fluid. yes it weighs 190 pounds.

Its pretty damn easy....

Bolt shocks, panhard, and Lca. Slip ds through dsl. Bolt in ds, bolt up dsl. Bolt up trq arm. Adjust.

Bolt in sway, Adjust, Fill, drive.

Went together very easy without any problems. great piece.

i wonder the weight diff bewtween the iron and alum center
i wonder the diff between your 35 spline axles and mine which are hollow and star flanged

when i saw your backbrace, i flipped out for a minute till i looked at my rear again.. thought i didnt get a backbrace or that i had lost my mind.. but its just built differently

at least now i know where that little metal bracket goes.. wonder if i still have it anywhere.
is your rear raised in prep for fitting larger tires?
