Yup thats like anywhere really, go buy a cell phone and it breakes out of the 30 day period they send you to the manufacturer. Just the way it works.

Funny,I've seen some of the other post's he has made about the Fab9". It is unfortunate that there is always one in the crowd that no matter what you do they aren't satisfied and have to make a spectacle of themselves.

eric i just wanted to let you know the wait was worth it i got the car all back together and everything is fabulous there are no clearance issues and it pretty much bolted right in no modifications...

now i just need to fine tune the pinon angle cause i think i got bad vibration and i'm not really sure how to measure it.

thing looks great thanks again

Well he makes a long torque arm that goes to all the way to tranny, then a short one. I went with the short torque arm, and dsl.

I believe the factory driveshaft is a tiny bit on the short side. That being said i have the stock driveshaft in my car, and dont have any problems yet. I know it will break, but i dont plan on staying 6 spd...

Can anyone tell me if the LCA brackets on this housing are available seperately? I need a new set for my Moser and was considering having a set custom fabbed untill I found this thread. They are exactly what I am looking for, I think. They need to be able to fit a factory style control arm and 3in housing tube.

Thanks

Yes, per Eric on a standard length housing left should be 30 1/4 and the right will be 33 1/4 this is from the flange to the end of the splines.

Oh, be sure you get your backing plates on the correct axle before pressing the bearings on.

What he said. Once the retainer rings is pressed on, things must be on correctly.

Also, I am not too sure on if the axle length varies between a spool and tru-track locker ect. You will know if they are too long. How to tell if they are too short that I do not know.

Hey kc533, Is that the short arm with driveshaft loop? Im wanting to go with true duals and that mount wont work with duals.

Im ready to place my order fellas. What torque arm did everyone get? Suggest getting the short or long one? I gotta have a front mount with driveshaft loop to run at the track around here so I Think I gotta go with the short one
