How does his credit card company keep issuing these charge backs? If he went on a weekend spending spree and said that his card was stolen I'd understand but how is he buying so much stuff and the credit card company still doing charge backs!?!?!

I own a business also and had this happen to me. It sucks when you give them the address that verified, the phone number, the tracking number to the package, etc and they still side with the thief!

Yam is using stolen credit cards for most of his purchases, and all of us do our best to verify these credit card purchases. We recently called and out of country bank to verify an out of country credit card and no one there spoke English... Bob

The detective from Canada called us yesterday and talked to Diane for quite a while. The detective wondered how we had found so many people that had been ripped off by this leech! lol We e-mailed the detective this thread. Bob

Holy crap. I just read all of this. I hope that piece of **** gets found. **** payin taxes to put his *** in jail. Last time I checked .308's were about a dollar a piece for the FMJ Hollow Points..and they work well on Hogs so I don't see why they wouldn't work here..

You guys are spreading the word pretty quick, his days are numbered.

I am dumbfounded on how someone can get away with it for so long, and not be caught...

I always figured that if someone had ordered something with my card, then it would be no problem to track them down and handle it seeing as the product has to go somewhere.

Talk about an eye opener.

To Bob and all the other vendors. If there was some way I could help, I would, unfortunately most of my methods of recovery/retrobution involve a long prison sentences... for me.

spend a little bit of money and hire a hitman... should take care of the problem. but honestly though, it really sucks some people are like that. I know if I lived close to any of those areas, i would go knocking on some doors for you... with some backup

Thanks guys, I wish the authorities cared more to try to catch these guys. It certainly is frustrating to say the least. Bob

Sounds like it might be time to take the good ol' boys on a road trip, and take care of it yourself.
