Suggested retail on a fully loaded 07 Vette m6 w/18.000 is $41,125 plus everthing done to the car makes it well worth it.Whoever traded that car in loss there *** on it.I would take it that the motor is a 402 w/ worked LS-2 heads.Did the paper work say what cam ?

Yeah dude that traded it totally got raped. LOL glad it wasn't me. It has worked LS6 heads and a Lingenfelter spec Comp cam, I don't know the exact specs on it yet but I'm working on getting the rest of the info. Here's the link to the package from Specter : http://www.spectergtr.com/engine-pac...cid-ls2-525-hp

$18,000 for that motor + all the other stuff done to the car.Whoever own that car spent a lot of money and lost his ***.I dont think u can go wrong w/ that car and u can still sell the factory stuff. What did he trade the car in for a ZR-1.

Um, I'm not sure. It's at a high end used car dealer now. He's got Lambo's, Ferrari's, Mercedes' and the like. He's also a Mallett Corvette and Panoz dealer so there's no telling what the guy traded for.

Oh and one more kinda cool thing about the car is it was the cover and feature car of the '08 Corvette fever magazine, and comes with a mag. I tried to look up the article but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

The C5 and C6 Corvettes are so much lighter than the new Camaro's plus the Vette's 60ft extremely well. I'd do the swap and don't look back.

I take it this is the Corvette.

Haha, it's not a Z06 but it makes more power than the LS7! And like I said, with that forged bottom end it should take boost quite nicely. And the C6's weigh what, about 3200 lbs?

Yup, that's the one! I've been dealing with the owner and we've pretty much come to terms, I just have to wait til I get home from sunny California and tie up the loose ends, it's looking like I'm going to do it!

I'd have a hard time passing up a clean Vette like that. I mean, you're talking about a car that is designed to perform in every aspect with very few compromises. I'd hit it.

Well it seems to be almost unanimous... I guess I'll be driving a Vette by the end of the week! The guy is pretty cool too, I'm going to take the title for my car and my Hummer down, load up all of the stock parts and drive the Vette home and he's got my car sold already so he'll just have his shippers pick my car up at my house! Pretty sweet deal actually. My only reservation was the whole trading my '10 for an '07 and throwing cash in on the deal...

True, even a 'not quite full' bolt ons 2005-2007 (LS2) C6 can do that from time to time.

Bob, maybe we'll be talking about a D1SC shortly? PM me a price when you get a chance...

And blk/slvr I've got probably 60 pics or more that the guy sent me, but I'm trying to set up a photo shoot when I get home of all my toys.

Nope no catch. I'm just about done with the deal, getting on a plane here in San Diego Wednesday morning to head back to Chicago. I'm giving a nearly new car with mods for a 3 year old Corvette with mods, plus giving some cash... I just want to make sure I'm not getting screwed.
