Thumbs up 700rwhp achieved with supercharger, methanol and cams!

696rwhp!
http://www.camaro5.com/?p=2076

Looks like he basically hit 700 with procharger, methanol setup, and cams.

Pretty incredible it's on stock block too. Wonder how long the other components will hold up (clutch, etc.)??

These are the highest power #’s we have seen yet with a stock short block LS3.
Ummm....

Are we really surprised by a LS3 with a D1 making near 700rwhp? Nothing new there.
Great power though.

I'm about to add Aquamist meth. injection. I was advised to run two injectors. Where did you install your nozzles? if you have pics. that would be great

I don't see the power level being out of line, check out this LS3 C6 we did at the old shop. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=59
The LS3 heads really respond to a good camshaft with forced induction. Bob

The LS3s weak spot is in the ringland... Compared to the truck engines and LS2 they are waaay thinner. with a stock LS3 with a procharger, and a perfect tune with zero knock the ringland broke. This was sub 600whp. Greg Banish of GM is aware of this same problem.

Quick Reply: 700rwhp achieved with supercharger, methanol and cams!
