Default Customer Car: 2010 Chevy Camaro - Procharger/Kooks...

This 2010 Camaro came into us completely stock, the owner simply saying "I want more power, what can we do to that?". After talking to him for just a few minutes, showing him the shop, and showing him the other 2010 Camaro we had done with the Magnacharger and Headers, it was evident that he wanted boost... After a very short "thinking it over" period, the owner came in to order a small truckload of parts for his new Camaro... isn't it funny how that works?

The car looking evil sitting in the shop:

What we're doing:

-Procharger P1SC
-Kook's 1 3/4" Headers w/ Offroad Connection
-Borla Stainless Cat-Back
-Autometer Shift Light
-HP Tuners Tune

On to the pictures:

Stock for now...

Parts layed out on the bench for review:

We need to put this into that:

Updates soon...

On to the exhaust mods:

The KOOKS headers. By far my favorite header brand out there...

What a good collector looks like...

The Borla stainless system. Will she be loud? I think so...

Tearing into her next

Disassembly:

Removed the bumper...

Bumper off removing a few more parts...

You think GM likes push-pins?

Chris taking off the factory intake

Next was on to the exhaust... what a big, heavy, ugly monstrousity...

Starting the manifold removal and header install

Cats removed

Open exhaust ports... stock restriction gone

Installed headers and some Procharger groundwork in the next update.

Header Install and the beginnings of boost.

Headers installed. Nice looking headers with plenty of clearance in the right places.

Drivers side...

Passenger side...

Starting the supercharger install.

Pulley installed. Procharger provides a new factory balancer milled for their blower pulley.

Chris carefully fitting the supplied bracket...

Mounting the blower to it's new home...

A closer shot of the action...

Routing the belt...

Setting belt tension...

Just add boost...

Intercooler piping routed...

Intercooler mounted behind factory bumper support. Very sneaky...

Another shot of the intercooler, cold side piping routed...

Hotside and by-pass valve mounted...

Represent...

Injectors are in and exhaust is finalizing, videos later.

All wrapped up...

Bumper on, engine cover on

A closer engine-bay shot. Almost looks stock...
