Chevy please don't cut the ragtop, 2011 indy Pace Car!

Chevy please don't cut the ragtop, 2011 indy Pace Car! It would be sooo cool to see a white with orange striped with houndstooth interior pacing the 2011 Indy 500, would of been nice this past year. Then it could of been 40 years since the original '69 pace car.
I would love a 2011 Indy Pace Car Camaro, definite collectors piece from day one.
Ever since I was a kid thats the first race I saw and fell in love with Indy pace cars ever since. Past decade been boring, since its just a vette, vette, vette, it would of been cool if they used other brands. Mustang pace car or a new challenger pace car.
When I was in my teens my parents sent me to culver military academy in the summer. My parents rented a house on the lake the academy was on. The lady that owned the house had a '69 pace car in the garage. She used to let us go for rides to the ice cream store sitting on the back roof like we were in a parade.

I sold my '02 SS a few years ago, Sold my '66 SS 396 about 10 years ago, '69 GTO was my DD while in the service. My first car was a '77 impala with a 454 swap. My second car in high school was a '70 AMX with a built 454 from the impala. Right now on the drawing board is a '68 camaro with C5 suspension and LSX power.
Reason I got into mustangs because they are cheap and light horsepower, plus the mustang crowd is a bit nicer. Hence the responses above.
