Which would you choose and why?
The choices are this, 4K stall and 3.73 gears or 150 shot nitrous.
Any responses would be really appreciated. I still don't know which I want.

It depends on what you are looking for and willing to sacrifice. The gears and 4k stall will affect your gas milage quite a bit and will always be there. The 150 shot will definately give you a lot more speed, but wont be there all the time. You will also have to get the bottle refilled, which might not be a big deal to you depending on location and price.

I am looking to get the most out of my car as far as performance and playing on the streets, without losing alot of mpg's. I dd my car, and gas is going back up soon. The only thing that concerns me about the nos, is that my stock trans and rearend won't hold up.

Trust me your trans and rear will be fine with the spray. My friend had a stall, T-Rex cam and 125 shot for a year and 1/2 ( wrecked it in Oct) and his rear and trans was fine. Just change your fluids in the rear and check the gears in it while your changing it.

im gonna go with stall and gears, because wont you need a tune with a 150 shot anyways? and its going to put wear on your motor.
and why 4k? for a dd that seems pretty high. i'd be thinking like 32-3400

I'm going with the 4k cuz I want the performance and it is giong to make it harder to dd, but oh well. And as far as I know with the spray you need a good tune and a high flow fuel pump.

Go 9" or 12 bolt then...no reason to **** up something that could've been prevented..after the new rearend then do BOTH!

I'm voting for stall and gears. Since you drive it everyday, it seems like you would want something that you can feel all the time. Unless you buy extra bottles for the nitrous it will run out pretty quickly.

It depends on what you want to be prepared to race on the streets. Stall and gears are a constant improvement over stock and should shave a good 1/2 second off of your quarter mile time. That should put you in the 12's -- well positioned to run most of the cars you'll see in the course of daily driving.
If you're hanging out with a group of friends with considerably faster cars and have a desire to keep up, I'd vote for the N2O, although if you opt for a 150 shot I'd start saving for a new short block (sure, plenty have been just fine on a 150 shot, however there are plenty that weren't as fortunate). The N2O should get you into the 11's -- arguably a different class of cars, however the tradeoff is that the power isnt constant and you would have to keep refilling the bottle.

both.
if i had to choose, i'd go with the stall and gears, but say goodbye to decent mileage in stop-n-go driving. eventually, you're going to want the nitrous too.
4000 stall is a bit high for nitrous, but if you upgrade your heads/cam and end up shifting over 6500rpm, it should work out just fine.
